Information We Process

• Camera data: Live camera frames are used only to detect pose and provide coaching cues. They are not stored or transmitted by us.
• Location data: If you grant location permission, MuscleCode may access your device's approximate or precise location while you are using MuscleCode to support location-based fitness features, such as tracking outdoor workout distance, route, pace, or activity context. Location access is optional and depends on your device permission settings.
• Local workout data: If you save workouts, they are stored only on your device and remain under your control. You can delete them at any time via your device settings or by uninstalling MuscleCode.

Information We May Collect (optional)

If you opt in to share diagnostics:

• Diagnostics: Crash logs, app performance, and device information (e.g., OS version, model). This information helps us troubleshoot problems and improve reliability.

Data Sharing

• We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
• We do not sell location data. We do not share location data with third parties except where necessary to provide MuscleCode functionality you request, comply with law, or protect MuscleCode and our users.
• Diagnostics, if enabled, may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., crash reporting/analytics vendors) under data processing agreements.

Data Retention

• We do not retain camera frames.
• Location data used for live fitness features is processed only as needed to provide those features. If location-based workout details are saved, they are stored as part of your local workout data and remain under your control unless you choose to share or export them.
• Diagnostics data, if enabled, are retained by our service providers for the period necessary to analyze and improve app stability, after which they are deleted or anonymized according to their retention schedules.

Children

MuscleCode is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We use on-device processing and industry-standard security measures appropriate to the type of data handled. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices

• You can use MuscleCode without creating an account.
• You can grant, deny, or revoke Location permission at any time through your device settings. If Location permission is disabled, location-based features may not work.
• You can disable analytics/diagnostics at any time via in-app settings (if present) or your device settings.
• You can delete locally stored workout data via in-app options (if present) or by uninstalling MuscleCode.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective date" above and, where required, provide in-app notice.
